Jo’s Fitness Studio was an idea my husband gave me as I was teaching all over the place and didn’t have regular premises, I wasn’t being paid very well and my classes were getting very busy. I managed to secure a unit and within 19 days Jo's Fitness Studio was born. I have been open 5 years and have due to demand expanded to over double the size.. THE UNIT GYM a fully equipped commercial Gym has opened its doors.   Dreams can come true.....
